Throughout Haslemere Parish and between the two Churches we offer a number of initiatives that cater for differing ages, from Toddlers and young parents through to teenagers and beyond.

On this page you can find details of those aimed at Toddlers and Pre-Schoolers..

Creche (St Bartholomew’s and St Christopher’s)

A crèche for babies and toddlers attending St Barts is run in the Link during the 9.30am Sunday Family Communion Service.

Everyone starts the service in church and then Sandy and Charlotte lead the children to both Sunday School and Creche after the first hymn and return just before Holy Communion.

If young children wish to stay in church with their parents there’s also a play area in the small chapel with a selection of toys, books, felt tips and colouring sheets.

At St Christopher’s there’s a play area at the back of the church with toys, books, felt tips and colouring sheets.

First Steps (St Christopher’s)

St Christopher’s hosts a wonderful pram service for babies, toddlers and pre schoolers each Monday during term time from 10 to 11.30 am.

Members of the parish keep the little ones busy with songs, short stories, music, play and prayer and it’s a great chance to meet and make friends (large and small).

Christmas Nativity (All Parish)

Each year we are ever-more proud of our traditional telling of the Nativity. Organised over the Advent weeks it culminates in the most wonderful Nativity Service bringing together the Parish and welcoming visitors and new folk into the fold.
