Maintaining our church buildings is always a challenge year on year. They stand as physical beacons of the Christian faith in Haslemere and a reminder of our history and heritage. It is critical that they are maintained in good order and for this we need help.
CAN I HELP?
If you are a builder, electrician, carpenter, plumber or have building or gardening skills we can put these to good use. We all have different gifts and you may not be quite so handy with your hands. If so, you may like to help financially. This is particularly effective if done through gift aid. For further information please contact Geoff M through the Parish Office.
Another way of being involved is to become a Friend of the Parish of Haslemere. Recent projects that the Friends have undertaken include window grilles to protect the stained glass, help with restoring the bells and the restoration of the St. Cecilia screen in St Bartholomew's church.
