This year I would like us to celebrate our Patronal Festival of St Bartholomew over the weekend of August 22nd. On the Sunday morning our worship will focus on St Bartholomew and his ministry. Following our 9.45 am service, at about 12.00 noon we would like to have a bring and share fellowship meal in the Rectory garden.
We hope as many people will attend as possible and share in the day. If you can help us planning this event, please sign up on one of the lists at the back of church. The only cost is to contribute to lunch with one item on the lists which are at the back of church and to bring along your own drinks and chairs and cutlery.
We obviously need to plan with rough numbers in mind so please
indicate how many people will be attending and get tickets for each person from Sue Jones.
